Vanilla Honey Brown & Future Brew Update
Categories: General Stuff | June 17th, 2009 | by theBrewMistress | no comments
The Vanilla Honey Brown is coming along nicely. We transferred it to the secondary fermenter Monday night and will be bottling on Sunday.
I think I may have to replace my primary fermentation bucket – after cleaning this time around, it’s still discolored and smelling strongly of beer.
Replacing it, and starting the next brew – the Gruit, will probably have to wait for a bit though. Finances are tight at the moment, and with the 5 gallons of Honey Brown that will be ready soon, I can’t justify spending the money on the ingredients.
I will be brewing the gruit as soon as I can though – its one I’m really looking forward to trying out.
